The initiation fee is part of the same membership. It covers premium onboarding and direct costs: deep private intake, identity, background and credential verification as applicable, private profile development, initial search strategy, account setup, assigned account and matchmaking management.
The annual search component covers the ongoing premium service: dedicated account management and matchmaking, active sourcing and candidate qualification, curated, consent-led introductions, private feedback and ongoing refinement, concierge and operational support, the private technology platform running your search.
Membership continues at CAD $40,000 per year after the first year, by mutual agreement.
