Rosa is the principal human authority behind The Alignment’s methodology. Her framework, judgment and lived understanding of how people build trust, care and partnership shape every stage of the process.

She is a physician by training. That background informs the rigour, discretion and care she brings to private work with people—while matchmaking here remains human, contextual and non-clinical.

FOUNDER ORIGIN
Two lives,
already whole.
Rosa and K came from different worlds, cultures and lived experiences. Each had built a full life. Neither was waiting to be completed by someone else.
They met unexpectedly in the sky. No dating app. No mutual friend. No carefully planned introduction. Two lives simply crossed.
WHAT CAME AFTER
Chance opened the door.<br/>Effort built what followed.
The meeting was chance. Everything that came after required something more: learning one another, speaking truthfully and making room for different expressions of love and care.
Their relationship is the origin of this company and part of its philosophy. It is not offered as evidence that any method predicts an outcome.
